Strong pelvic floor vs weak pelvic floor

Many things can lead to your pelvic floor – that is the muscles shown by the red line in the pictures above – losing its tone and sagging. And when your pelvic floor muscles do become weakened, stress incontinence is often the result.

But with a few simple exercises, you can often regain their strength and  muscle tone, or if you’re currently well, keep your muscle tone and prevent pelvic floor problems from occurring.
